Parallel Shaft Helical Reducer
FC Parallel Shaft Helical Geared Reducer
Motor Power 0.12 – 200 kW · Hardened Helical Gearing · Foot / Flange / Hollow-Shaft Mount
The FC parallel shaft helical geared reducer transmits power through an inline, axially-parallel gear train, giving a compact footprint compared to right-angle designs. Its hardened, precision-ground helical gears deliver high efficiency and smooth, low-noise running under heavy continuous load. Available across 11 frame sizes (27–157) with motor power from 0.12kW up to 200kW, the FC series is supplied with a solid output shaft or a space-saving hollow shaft (with optional shrink-disk clamping), in foot-mounted, flange-mounted or shaft-mounted configurations. A second-stage combination (FC..RC) extends the ratio range further for very low-speed, high-torque needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the FC parallel shaft helical geared reducer
What is the difference between FC and RC reducers?+
FC uses a parallel-shaft (inline) gear arrangement, so the output shaft runs parallel to the motor shaft — useful where axial space is limited. RC is a right-angle helical reducer where the output is perpendicular to the motor. Tell us your installation layout and we'll recommend the right type.
What does the hollow shaft with shrink disk option mean?+
Instead of a solid protruding output shaft connected via a coupling, the reducer's hollow center bore slides directly over your equipment's shaft, and a shrink disk clamps it securely in place. This saves space, removes coupling misalignment issues, and simplifies installation.
Does FC come with a motor?+
FC reducers are supplied matched to a specific IEC motor frame size, as a gearbox alone or as a complete geared motor set. Tell us your required output speed, torque and motor power and we will recommend the correct frame size.
Is OEM/custom specification available?+
Yes. We support custom shaft configuration, mounting position, terminal box orientation and branding with flexible MOQ. Contact us via WhatsApp for OEM pricing and exact dimensional drawings for your frame size.
